KO Event Details

When: Friday, January 11 – Sunday, January 12, 2025

Where:  UMAC John Q Hammons Arena

6836 S Mingo Rd, Tulsa, OK 74133

Teams must be comprised of 6 members: 3 Men and 3 Women.

Athletes will not be required to be from the same gym.

Prescribed & Scaled Divisions

All Athletes must be over the age of 16 as of 1/13/2025

Athletes under 18 years of age will required a minor waiver signed by a legal guardian.

 Cost per Team: $650 (Registration Fee) + Tax and Competition Corner fees 

Rx Winners:  

1st Place$2500.00

2nd Place$1000.00

3rd Place$500.00 

Registration for KO in the OK

Registration for all divisions will open Tuesday, November 1 @ 10:00am

Although we don’t recommend trying to have one person sign up multiple teams, please note that refunds will NOT be given to any team who registers for their team twice. They will be transferable but YOUR TEAM will be responsible for finding another team to take the spot. Please stay tuned to this site and The KO Facebook Page for upcoming announcements and additional registration instructions.

Info needed for registration:

You will need to have and account and log in to register.
– Team Captain: Name, email, shirt size
– Team Name: To be used during event for team signs and scoring platform (Team Name cannot be changed after registration)
– Names of team members and their email address
– T-shirt sizes: Specify Unisex Tee or women’s tank (sizes cannot be changed after registration closes)
– Payment info: Credit card type – exp date, 3 digit code, billing address

Refund Policy:

Entry fees WILL NOT be refunded for a rescheduled or postponed event
No refunds for any other reasons
Team registrations may be transferred to another team, payment must be handled privately between team captains

If event is CANCELLED:

If the event is canceled by KO for any reason other than an Act of God (snowstorm, earthquake, flood, etc. as determined by KO in the OK) we will provide a full refund for the amount you paid for entry. Entry fees will not be refunded for a rescheduled or postponed event. They will be refunded to you by the organizer IF fees have not been incurred for athlete tees/tanks/etc
If an event is cancelled by KO AND athlete tees/tanks have already been sent to the printer, $100 will be deducted from your refund and the shirts will be mailed to the team captain.
